PARTICIPATORY COMMUNICATION OF BEKASI CITY RESIDENTS IN COVID 19 VACCINATION ACTIVITIES

It has been argued that the provision of suitable participatory communication can improve people’s participation especially for taking Covid 19 vaccines. The present study aims to analyze Bekasi local government reach their goal, making minimum 30% population receiving vaccine. uses a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, interviews and documentation. Four key informants are interviewed while mass messages from observed. results suggest related administration vaccines residents involve Regional Work Units (SKPD) lowest apparatus such as Neighborhood Association (RT) Citizens (RW). Messages spread using WhatsApp Groups each RT. In addition, who have not taken vaccine will be encouraged take at nearest vaccination posts.
